Our Line Adaptor Units (LAUs) are designed to allow the connection of telephones fitted with BT style plugs to RJ style sockets such as those used in structured cabling systems.
Generally, analogue telephones need a PABX Master LAU and digital telephones need a Secondary LAU, but if you're not sure which type you need, this product is the solution.
The product offered here is in the unique Switchable format, which means that it can work as a PABX Master OR as a Secondary Line Adaptor.

Switchable types allow users to choose the function of the line adaptor unit between PABX Master and Secondary with the flick of a switch. They are particularly useful in applications where the customer is likely to need to upgrade from analogue to digital telephone, or where the final application for an outlet has not yet been decided.
