What happens if I am not in to receive my delivery?
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the couriers will leave a 'we missed you' card with details of what actions will be taken. Where possible the driver will attempt to leave your parcel(s) with a neighbour or at a nearby Post Office. If this is not appropriate they will normally attempt to deliver the order the following day.
After two failed attempts you will need to contact the courier using the details on the contact card to arrange collection or a new delivery date.

What shipping companies do you use?
It depends on which shipping service you select at checkout. We normally provide a 3 working day service via Royal Mail 48, however we use UK Mail 24 for next day deliveries.Read more
